NEW STAMP! The Sharp Owl LARGE
Now, I'm not going to write a blog post for each and every new stamp. I just happen to love this image, and well I guess it was a custom order for myself. I have a love for owls, and I just need to make the sharp owl bigger. He's about 3 inches tall and works great as a major focal point. I would love to see other stamped owl creations - so if you do owl stampin' please share! You can e-mail email@example.com or share on facebook.

Final Day of the Collaboration with Gauche Alchemy
I hope you've enjoyed this week's posts. I have been happy to fill the blog with all of these wonderfully creative projects that really show off both Gauche Alchemy's mixed media kits as well as our highly detailed rubber stamps. We've seen several different styles and combinations from several different artists and I do hope if you've missed some of the projects you take a look at the posts from early in the week.
And now for the finale. Mixed-media artist, Nicole Eccles has put together a stunning framed shadowbox that features a dangling girl, kneeling gibson lady, and a bolt. What do you think the story is?
the words are clippings from the vintage magazines that came in the GA kit
check out that cool background paper
ATCs, you gotta love them. They are a fun and fast way to make a piece of art. Here we have four ATCs made by Alchemist Maggi. There are more details on how she created this background affect on the Gauche Alchemy blog.
It was a lot of fun joining up with the Gauche Alchemy design team and I hope we get to do it again in the future. And I should also mention that today is the last day to use the code 100PROOFPRESS10 to get 10% off of your order. So don't dilly dally, go check out their shop, and get crafty!

Still Swapping with Gauche Alchemy
Today is day four for the parade of 100 Proof Press and Gauche Alchemy creations. Our two design teams have made wonderful creations with fabulous supplies from both companies. Please make sure you visit their blog - they have a coupon code going on for their shop during this swap.
We've seen what design team member Tracy Evans can do with the skull stamp - but what happens when she gets a fun mixed media kit from Gauche Alchemy? This amazing art right here. I love the colors and the attention to detail - please visit her blog for the complete scoop on how Tracy created these two pieces.
Tracy has used the braille paper from the GA kit along with the bottle cap and sequin waste as well as the 100 Proof Press skull and flying bats
Tracy's kit came with a mini board book, and this is how she turned it into art. I love it!
And now for a spectacular piece of mixed media art designed by Alchemist Jenn. I love the way she featured the Ganesh stamp in the shadowbox shrine. She took off with the shrine idea, and you can really tell she had a lot of fun creating this piece. For more details about her process and inspiration visit the Gauche Alchemy blog.
Come back tomorrow for our final day of the Gauche Alchemy and 100 Proof Press blog hop! And if you've missed the rest of the week, make sure you check it out.

Gauche Alchemy Swap - Day Three
Today is the third day of the Gauche Alchemy and 100 Proof Press team swaps, and the awesome projects keep rolling in! If you've missed the first two days, be sure to check out the posts and visit the Gauche Alchemy site. Our artists really did a wonderful job combining the supplies from both companies to make amazing art.
The first artist for today is our Gerri Herbst, she pulled inspiration from the vintage magazine clippings that are in the Gauche Alchemy mixed-media kits. Visit her blog for the behind the scenes stories that go with these two pieces.
And today's Alchemist from Gauche Alchemy is Mary. She has created some mixed-media cards with the animal mask stamp - how fun would these be to get the mail?
Be sure you stop back tomorrow, because we do have more creations from this wonderful double-team swap!

Day Two with Gauche Alchemy
This week I am sharing several projects created by both the 100 Proof Press design team, and the team over at Gauche Alchemy. Both groups of artists have combined the fun and funkiness of our stamps as well as the random goodies you can get in a Mixed Media kit over at Gauche Alchemy.
First up is design team member Jennifer's lovely autumn card. She has constructed a clean, layered card that really shows off the detail of the maple leaf - it almost looks real.
Within the same Autumnal color pallete, we have a Halloween ATC by Alchemist Marilyn. She used the jumping skeleton - it seems he's terrified of spiders. For more details on how Marilyn created this fun ATC, and even more 100 Proof Press and Gauche Alchemy creations check out their blog.

Come back tomorrow, where more fun and funky 100 Proof Press + Gauche Alchemy creations await!

A Week of Creative Concoctions with Gauche Alchemy
I mentioned Friday that we were up to something special this week, so let's get started! Everyday this week we are going to share the creative experiments the 100 Proof Press design team and the Alchemists of Gauche Alchemy have concocted for your inspirational pleasure.
Gauche Alchemy is all about the art - really fun art supplies! They have mixed media kits, that are filled with fun artistic finds, papers, ephemera, embellishments, fabric, and more. Gauche Alchemy "is for those that create outside the of the box, those that create inside of the box, and those that tear the box a new one..."
This first piece is by 100 Proof Press design team member, Alexa. She incorporated a lot of the Gauche Alchemy ephemera and paper to create this collage designed around the center image of the wooden chair stamp. I love what she invented...
Next up I'm going to share something that I created with the awesome Gauche Alchemy kit. Here's an owl art doll. All of the supplies to make this owl were found in the kit (except for the legs and the fabric for the face and the owl stamp). This owl actually has a sister, if you'd like to meet her you can visit my personal blog.
The third piece I'm going to share today is from an art journal from Alchemist Lori. Lori has designed a page around the mason jar stamp, and wonderfully accented it with a Roald Dahl quote. She used several 100 Proof Press stamps for the background, and Color Shine Spray Inks.
mason jar, number column, and large squiggle
This was just day one - and there's more over on the Gauche Alchemy blog right now! There's even a special offer going on now - you can use the code 100ProofPress10 to get 10% off your order in the Gauche Alchemy store. I hope you stop by tomorrow to catch some more inspiration.

Here's a little sneek peek at some of the creative pieces that we will have to share everyday next week. So please stop by to see how we experimented with the goodies from Gauche Alchemy and 100 Proof Press! Don't forget your safety goggles.
In the meantime, here is a lovely piece by design team member Gerri. Here she has used the large window from 100 Proof Press and various other supplies. Please visit her blog to find out the story behind this wishful dancer.
