Inspiring Stamped and Altered Frame

Irit Shalom has created a beautiful project full of inspiration.  She used an altered frame, pink, and many 100 Proof Press rubber stamps.  I love the way she pieced the stamped images together to create a layout that frames several images.

She used Bo Bunny paper for the background and Ranger Black Archival ink.  Wouldn't  this look lovely hanging on the wall in a little's girls room?  Hope this sparks a little inspiration for you today.

Rubber Stamped Summer Mini-Album

Summertime is here (or at least it has been coming and going here in Ohio) and I want to share this wonderful hand-stamped scrapbook album with a vintage feel by design team member Irit Shalom.  She put together a beautiful mini-album that makes me think of childhood summertime fun.

This is the cover that features the child looking up.  But in the background she has stamped the old script stamp with Clearsnap Frosty White - the white stands out beautifully among the misted background.  Along the lower right edge she stamped the Spring Bouquet with Ranger Archival Ink and then heat-embossed the edge with Metallic Copper WOW! embossing power.

She continued with the same metallic embossed technique through the whole book which gives it a nice cohesive feel.  Here she stamped the boy day dreaming, hot air balloon (our current free stamp), and the flock of crows.  And she mixed Ranger mists together and sprayed them all over the page.

Here she used the old script again in white with the flower girls.  I like how she used the  stickers on each page to echo the playful feeling of the images.

This is the butterfly boy stamped as the focal point with the old script again in white in the background.  Irit created this mini album to share some adorable photos of her grandson.  You can visit her blog to see how lovely these pages look next to her cute little grandson.
